Tom Shepherd, Head Chef Michael Blades and the team at Upstairs by Tom Shepherd have once again retained their Michelin star for the fifth consecutive year in The MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026, reflecting their high level of consistency and dedication over the last year.


The award was confirmed at the Great Britain and Ireland 2026 Michelin Awards Ceremony, which took place in Dublin on 9 February.
